No greeting, No Smile, No “Thank you” or “have a nice day” the lady just said “NAME” , took my devices that I turned in and didn’t take it off my bill. Now I am currently going in circles trying to get it off my bill. Robot answers the phone everytime. Live chat agents never reply. It’s ridiculous. Hire people who actually want to work there with good respectful service skills. If I could give it a no star I would.

Would give them zero if I could I came in approved for 2 phones after 2 years of service with them then upon activating the phones my approval disappeared apparently and I was only able to get 1 phone after getting charged the startup for 2 phones

Everything is good I have no problem with my wifi or phone but when I try to call the store it won't let me speak to a person it should be easier to speak to a person rather than a AI

I can’t imagine it gets much worse than Xfinity! It’s too bad there’s a Monopoly on all this. Just to be clear, this is about Xfinity as a whole not the Farmington store, all the techs and people here in Farmington are fine and working hard.

Literally the worst website in the world. They send you 2 codes just to talk to live chat. Billing is frequently down on the site cant look at your bill.
You also cant look at the plans to change. Only way to talk to live chat is if you want upgrade services otherwise you get AI bot.

Cost of interest is high, I'm paying $160.00, plus they sell you a warranty for for phone. Wife drop one phone and the screen shattered. I had to fork out $160.00 for warranty claim plus phone service for 3 line is 154.00. water claim was hard to contac, they gave me a number to call, I call that no., gave me another no. This went on for 11 different calls I had to make. Frustrating and time wasting claims.

Tried moving internet service to a new location about 10 minutes away. Spoke to a rep that said it would be a week before a tech could install. I tried installing myself but the line was rusted out. She told me if it wouldn't work to text her for fastest response. Texted her within an hour of speaking to her. Texted her for 2 days and called multiple times with no response. Once she did respond I was told it's now 17 days out. The main thing that mattered was that my internet stayed active. Her manager put in for the date and my internet instantly went out. Spent an hour on with tech support and it took another 2 hours on top of it for support to fix it. Xfinity/comcast has gone down hill.

I call tech support and she made ticket to let Comcast in Farmington NM to come out to fix a down line after this storm- June 21,2024. My neighbor's line is laying in my drive way, we keep have keep picking it up to drive out and in. No one showed up. This is inconvenient to us because we don't want to break the line picking it up and down. It's bad enough we got flooded in our yard and have everything and one items in our yard. I want someone to come out and fix the line.!!!!!! 5 Rd 5585

Used to like Xfinity. Workers were friendly and helpful but this past year their customer service has gone down hill. Went there Saturday no one greeted us but one worker said they will be right with us. I believe it was a manager went up to a customer and completely ignored us. A male worker(who is the only one there that is friendly and helpful) saw my husband's and my face and immediately asked if we was helped. He got that manager and she came over and she was extremely rude and unwilling to help us. Wouldn't recommend Xfinity to anyone. I'm seriously thinking of getting another phone company and cable company. Highly disappointed and we left extremely mad and other customers left the same time and wasn't happy with their customer service either.

Wish I could give a negative star. The hostile reps did not want to make ANY effort to sell a phone to a customer who needed one but is not the primary account holder.
