I stopped in to have an oil change while visiting family over the holidays. I was met promptly, and spoken to with courtesy! The techs were very friendly and walked me through everything they did to the vehicle and made recommendations for needed service. I had a conversation with the service manger Mr. A (sorry if I got that wrong), when he checked to make sure I was completely happy with the service. He was just as friendly as the techs.I only drive through Farmington once a year, but I’ll only go to Webb now to get my oil changed on the drive.

Even though I live in Durango I still bring my Toyota to Webb for service. Much better customer service and I know the job will get done correctly. Webb has a pretty decent lobby to hang out in while waiting for your service. Free popcorn, coffee, and bottles water. And if the service is going to take awhile, they offer a free in-town shuttle. If I buy another Toyota, I would highly consider Webb to make it happen.

Jason and staff were awesome. Jason ensured as much was completed over the phone so upon our arrival, things were ready. Also dealer staff understood we had young children with us and made us feel at home.

Very fast turnaround time on the work performed. Nicholas in service was great! Kept me updated and was very friendly. I will definitely be taking my old Rav back in for all work to be done.

The gentleman that was at intake was absolutely phenomenal. He was kind, patient and spoke to me as if he really cared about my concerns. I made an appointment and everything was handled on time in an appropriate manner. This is a very nice dealership. I travel all over the US and use various dealerships for my automotive needs. This is definitely one of the top dealerships I’ve dealt with through the years. Thanks.

Jason had absolutely everything in order before I got there. He knew I was moving to the area from 6 hours away and that I was trying to handle everything by telephone. He suggested calls to my insurance company so they could send proof of insurance (which I would have never thought of with everything else happening in my move) so he could have the temp plates registered and ready. The paperwork took minimal time compared to other car purchases in my life! He was congenial, candid, and just an all around good guy who seemed to care about me as much as the sale. His touching in before and follow up have been of top quality. I will definitely service my 4Runner at Webb because of Jason. I know he will take care of me. He had to cajole me to sit for the vehicle introduction session because I was rushing about, but I am very thankful I stayed because he showed me things I needed to have read in the manual - which I haven't had time to look at. So he kept me safe and informed. I really haven't had a better buying experience.

COLORADOANS BEWARE-Matt Beach, the "Sales Manager", . responded to my original review by saying I signed a paper saying "though we make every effort to collect the accurate amount, you may still owe the State additional funds to receive a license plate". I asked about that form when I arrived to take possession of the vehicle and was told I had payed what I owed and that I would receive the license plate in the mail. Neither statement was true. Also, I wasn't allowed to speak to a financial officer to verify this. What I want to know is, if you make every effort to be accurate, how was I able to easily find out and how do you miss Colorado Archuleta County Taxes of 4% and Colorado Specific Ownership taxes when you've been in business for 9 decades? The Colorado Specific ownership tax has been in place since 1937. Webb Toyota only payed $168.20 of the $1100.00 owed to the state for a License plate. i had to pay the difference. That's 650% off. Doesn't seem very accurate and any effort at all would have told Webb this. There were some minor extra fees which I'm sure are the differences he might be referring to where mistakes occur, but how could Webb Toyota completely forget two standard taxes? All I can think is that Webb Toyota made nearly $1000 extra. For the second time, I've been trying to Email Matt Beach for 3 weeks for a better explanation but have not received a response. Matt only responds when I update my review, and it's not the owner. If it was, he would be ashamed of how Matt hasn't replied to my email in 3 weeks This is what the Website states-"The Webb Automotive company is family-owned and has been operating for over nine decades. We are known as the “Can Do Dealer” in the area because of our dedication to providing second-to-none customer service and superior car buying experiences."??? More like "second to everyone"

If you want a list of excuses on how the service department is overwhelmed with booked appointments and they have an open "bay" and techs sitting around, then this is your place. ?

I bought a used Scion from a car dealer other than Webb, and am very happy with the car but for one exception. It only came with one key... and I wanted a spare in case I locked myself out. Original Toyota (Scions are made by Toyota) keys start at $160... and then there's another $130 to program them. About $290.00 altogether. I found aftermarket keys on eBay for $17.97 a pair. The Webb Toyota service tech told me they would try to program them for $65.00, but only had a roughly 50% success rate at programming aftermarket keys. My choice: 1 key guaranteed to work key for $290.00, or a 50% chance they could make the 2 aftermarket keys work for $65.00. I gambled on the aftermarket keys. They said the programming would likely take about an hour. In fact, it took three hours, but they got the keys to work. And since they took so long to get them done, they comped me the work. No charge! I ended up paying $19.97 for two keys, that most dealerships would have tried to get nearly $600.00 for. It cost me a couple extra hours of wait time, but was well worth it. I mentioned it to my neighbor, and he said Webb Toyota is the only place he'll take his Tundra; that they have always been just superb every time he has gone-in. We both live about an hour's drive away, with another Toyota Dealership about 20 minutes away. Like him, I'll be taking my business with my Scion AND my Tundra to Webb. It's worth the drive. They are obviously actually trying to do what you hope a service department is going-to.

Poor service, might just want to do your own service or take it somehwhere else. They couldn't touque the skrews for the oil access panel correctly and caused it to fall out and catch enough air to rub againt the road till the hole for that skrew was gone. Instead of taking responsibility they shifted the blame to bad roads. I talked to Anthony who had no respect for me nor what I had to say. Anthony ended the call by throwing a fit because I told him I didn't want to be interupted for the 4th time. Then talked to the sales manager Lemount and he attempted to justify Anthonys desisions and actions. Reeally poor service and represintation for the brand of Toyota. They would rather call the brand of Toyota faulty then admit their technitions made a mistake. Keep in mind this part only costs about $200, imagine if it was something critical, beyond thankful I found out how they do buisness for such a low cost.

Service, sales, and parts are all knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are more than competitive. I would reccomend this business to anyone interested in a new Toyota or getting theirs serviced.

Both our salesperson, Farrell, and the finance manager, Cameron, were very considerate and straightforward. This is the first car-buying experinece I have every had in which I did not feel "hustled." We drove seven long hours to get this vehicle and it was worth every minute of the drive! Also we LOVE the RAV4 that we purchased.
