I ordered a trashcan for pickup. For some reason, it had to be delivered. Then I got a delivery notice and a picture of the trashcan on someone else's porch. I called the store. They told me I would have to call the deliverer. I asked to speak to a manager. The representative took my number because all the managers were on break. I never got a call back. I called the 800 number, and a wonderful person named Mamoud helped me in 2 minutes with a refund and apology. Probably won't ever get one from our local store.

I recently purchased kitchenware from Walmart, advertised as brand new off the shelf. To my dismay, I discovered it was used and covered in old food residue. When I approached "Manager" Lori, I was met with minimal assistance. Her leadership and communication skills were severely lacking, as she repeatedly changed her story, saying "like I said..." only to contradict herself.I made a 40-mile round trip for this return, and all they offered was an exchange, a standard policy for any item. This is a clear case of knowingly selling used goods as new, which is both unacceptable and unhygienic. Lori insisted there was nothing she could do and directed me to contact 1(800)WALMART.Upon reaching out to customer service, I was informed that it was, in fact, the store manager's responsibility to address the issue. This lack of internal communication is completely unacceptable. I implore corporate to rectify this situation and provide comprehensive training for their employees."Managers" and "supervisors" should meet the basic requirement of knowing how to consistently assist disgruntled customers. This experience has left me deeply disappointed in Walmart's standards and practices.

I went there to get 4 balloons inflated with helium. We went to the back where the restrooms are. We touched the pin pad and it said "Assistance is on its way". It had to be pushed 3 times and still no one came. I ended up going to customer service where I payed them. They tell me to go to the bakery section and came to find out they said they don't do that anymore. They tell me to go back to customer service and they tell me go to the back someone will be there. We tell the manager and she said "oh well my radio didn't go off". So, I go back to the back and waited 20 minutes while still pushing the button. No one came. Employees just walked by. Finally, a young employee came to help us then a older lady thanked her for helping us. I do not recommend this Walmart until they fix there attitude!!

We have been to a lot of different Walmart's in numerous states, this one by far has the worst customer service . The store it's self is very clean and of course has a lot of different product but the customer service , especially from management ( asset protection manager, she needs to improve that attitude) is horrible. We had a problem and it took 25 minutes for no one to help us until I found a manager, and even when i found her, she had the worst attitude. Thanks but no thanks.

Walmart is so ubiquitous that it's kinda easy to forget which one you're in. As super centers go this one is large. It covers most of the bases, food, electronics, clothing, housewares, crafts, outdoor and auto, etc. Though last I checked it now longer sells pet fish, which I sent as a good thing since I can't recall a Walmart with live fish that wasn't neglecting them. All the rest is well stocked and seems to be within acceptable levels of cleanliness for a big box sellall store.

Wife said the oil change light came on in her car, so when we were near this Wal-Mart, decided to go there. Get a call about five minutes after dropping the car off. Told we have to have synthetic oil put in. I said no we don't. Told yes you do it says so on the oil cap. Told them we have never had synthetic oil in our car and not about to start. They refused to change it unless we got synthetic since it says so on the cap. Told them forget it we will pick up the car and left. Here is a photo of the cap. On farther investigation I have found out that one can only get 0W-20 in synthetic oil. However one can still get 5W-20 in conventional oil. So they were 50% correct.

Visited this Walmart several times while on vacation here and never had a problem! They have self-checkout lanes, so that was a plus for me. We went in and out. If we needed help, the employees were always extremely friendly and attentive.

I had less than 20 items in my cart, as did the other 8 or 9 people inching toward the register. I even called while waiting in line and told the person who answered that I and others were in line and could they possibly open another lane. This was at about 11:15 in the morning. The person on the phone simply told me she would tell someone and see what they could do. No help came.

Do not go to the eye doctor here!! I waited for an hour only to have the doc talked to me forever about HER medical condition. I finally got out of there with the same RX because she kept saying you are ok with what you have right?! Never coming back to this optical place Don't go here! Also no one cleaned the places where you put your chin in the air puff machine.... Gross
