Very rude employees This isn't my first time having a unpleasant experience at this store. Store is good but just because it's a self check out doesn't mean you have to be rude. I hope nobody treats your family members like this. Shame on you, especially being Navajo.

I was hoping to cook some pork chops for my husband after he had a long day at work. Bought some pork chops and open it when I got home. It was green and smell really bad. Took it back and showed it to the meat department manager and she said, you should have checked it before you bought it! Was I suppose to open it and check it there? Got another package same thing when I got home. DO NOT BUY MEAT PRODUCTS FROM HERE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIVE OUT OF TOWN. I feel bad for people who live hours away and they end up buying spoil meats or Produces. (Watermelon and celery's) had mold inside as well. If I could gave them a zero I would. Disgusting meats and produces sold here. Go to Sams club or Albertsons.

Ordered three items for pickup. One item got canceled. The other two were delayed over 24 hours. Ordered the same three items at Home Depot. Home Depot filled the order within two hours. Cancelled Walmart order. Go to this store if you want to wait. Numerous items are locked up. Staff seem to be unmotivated when answering the call buttons to unlock a shelf.

This Walmart Supercenter has very rude staff, even more rude than WALMART KAREN! The store is very dirty. And the bathrooms are very disgusting!! This whole entire store is equally as bad as the bathroom.

This place is beyond horrible ! Went to get a fishing license. The kid sighed ! Clicked on the computer a couple of times and said "Yeeah, The System is down" went to the other wal mart across town and I was in and out in less than 10 mins. It took longer to drive across town.

Worst Walmart ever!!!! Avoid this place!!! Called them to ask about a product, but they kept transferring me and I was on hold for more than 45mins. Then called again, kept calling and every time I was transferred, then placed on hold. Every time you need help the employees seems to try to avoid you, me and my mom and another lady waited to get fabric cut. A lot of employees kept walking by and just ignoring us or telling us, "that's not my section" then finally a guy who was training a new employee comes up and helps us, it was not his section or anything but he tells us, " yeah some of these workers act like this isn't their job, helping customers". He was not one of the normal employees, he had a yellow vest on. So obviously he knows how these employees are. Then went to the deli to get some sliced meat and cheese. Same thing, the ladies behind the counter avoided me for 10-15mins. Tried talking to them or getting their attention, they just kept walking by ignoring me or just talking amongst themselves. They treat family of other employees with a lot better customer service than the actual customers, was at the Deli once again and I wanted some hot food. Their was a lady in front of me (an employee on her lunch) they lady helping her sure was smiling and talking and seemed so happy. When it came time for me to get something everything seemed like a rush and rude, like she didn't want nothing to do with me. Seriously Walmart needs to hire people that ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK!!! Fire these people that hate their job and let them find a job that does not have to do with customer service. There are so many other people willing to work and actually give a s*** about their customers. I now go to Target or Smith's where the customer service is a lot better than these people that know nothing of customer service.

I find the employees here to be unhelpful and rude. They do not engage in interaction with customers. Also, a majority of the people who shop here are as rude or more rude than the store employees. Personally, I would avoid this Walmart location and shop at the East Main Walmart store across from the Animas Valley Mall.

Traveling thru in our 18 wheeler. Stopped in to get 2 RX filled. Had the empty RX bottles. Nothing major-pharmacy tech (no personality)said it would take 1 hour. Grabbed a bite of lunch, grabbed some other items in the store and went back to the pharmacy an hour later. Rude lady says I have to wait for the pharmacist. 10 min later-he ask if I've taken the med before. Hands it back to her and I go to pay. Only 1 RX filled. The rude lady tells me that it had t been transferred yet. I end up calling my Walmart in AL-the nice lady tells me that Farmington Walmart had transferred it and it was just sitting waiting to be filled. Rude lady then all of a sudden finds it and tells me it will be another 10 minutes. What a joke. These people sure don't know what southern hospitality is. Then again, if I had to live in a dried up god for saken desert, I'd prob be mad all the time too. Marking this Walmart off!

Stopped on the way to work (0730) to buy a gift card for a colleague who had a baby. Presented to the Self-check (only thing open), asked the large smug employee assigned to Self-check for help. First got "the attitude", then this lazy woman proceeds to screw it all up. I am now at work and this receipt says that the card could not be activated. I now have to waste my time and money because of a big stupid LAZY Walmart employee. She better be glad that I don't act like that at MY place of business. I'm a nurse......... Called to speak with the manager, Chenoa Archuleta but OF COURSE she is unavailable. Here's to online shopping. Maybe that smug lazy woman can get a job at Amazon bagging my orders. At least she will be out of the public.

This Walmart is the worst store I have ever been in. The store was very disorganized and filthy. it is a sad thing when the customers are more help than the employees. customer service desk had a line blocking the aisle to get by at the check out stands. Only one customer service rep to take care of customers needs. My mother in law had a total hip revisment and was in one of the motorized carts as she can't walk very far. When she asked an employee to help her with a case of water, he stated he was going on break and walked off leaving her to try and pick up the heavy case. By time we left the store we were so frustrated that we swore we would never shop at Walmart again.
