Made an online order and marked no substitutions. Not only did I NOT get anything I ordered, they had none of the items in stock, even though online it was all in stock. Pitiful experience.Now to top it off the Robutussan they substituted got recalled, go figure. ?

I've had so many issues with them over the years I can't believe it took this long for me to switch pharmacies. I was just told I couldn't pick up my prescription because of an issue with the central office...what does that even mean and to top it off they didn't offer any other recommendations, as in going to another pharmacy. Also the woman who helped me was rude and acted like it wasn't a big deal. Told me I MIGHT get it tomorrow. Totally unprofessional. Anyone reading this should consider going to any other pharmacy in town. My family and friends all have stories similar to this situation

If I could rate this Walgreens lower I would. Pharmacy is a complete joke. Waited 20 min in the drive through 15 min in side for them to tell me the meds weren’t ready that I had gotten a text that they were ready the day before. They were mad I was upset and cancelled my order. Didn’t move it to the one on 20th just cancelled it.

If they had less than one I would give it. This place has given me the wrong dose on a prescription before and now my wife is hours out of surgery and will not fill here pain meds. I guess NM requires it to be called in, the lady argued over whether the pharmacist could call (be bothered) to call the surgeon. Surprise he is not available so I am driving to Durango to try and beat her pain meds wearing off. Big win for Walgreens, given feeling of women’s health maybe it is because she is female.

Worst service ever in both register at the front and register at the pharmacy. Online it says it’s open at 9am and my husband goes inside and asks if the pharmacy is open and the cashier tells him” it opens at 10 am can’t you read.!” Literally this lady had the audacity to tell a customer if he can’t read. Imagine if someone didn’t know how to read and this women would have made such an offensive remark. Then the cashier at the pharmacy was rude and told me they don’t have my insurance on file and can’t give me my meds unless I pay out of pocket. I told if she could look me up on

I hate leaving bad reviews so I have to have had a really bad experience. I waited literally 30 minutes in the pharmacy drive-through for a standard easy (non narcotic) medication refill. And as of this writing I'm STILL WAITING. This is why people get angry.

No bathroom for paying customers at 7:30 at night. Was told they are closed. Its ok....I put my stuff down & went a block down the street to a store where I could spend money in pharmacy area & use a bathroom.

My mother went to pick up her prescription one day and the pharmacist started screaming at her saying he was going to fill her prescription why you might ask because she was prescribed 16 pills of methadone a day 10 mg each and clonazapam 1mg a day she was in a car accident and was treated like trash

I've only been to the pharmacy a few times. My previous pharmacy wasn't able to get a medication I need daily to live. It's hit and miss here - mostly miss. I've been ignored more than once in store and spoken rudely to on the phone. It's unfortunate. I would rather not be dependent on medication as a result of something that is not my fault. I would appreciate being treated as a human being instead of a nuisance.
