I had to pick up medication for my toddler, who was very sick. I get to the window, and I'm told it won't be ready for another 30 minutes. That's fine. I drive around and come back a little over 30 minutes later. I'm told it won't be ready until another hour. I'm disappointed, but my baby needs her medication. So an hour later I return. And I'm greeted with the unnecessary attitude. Now I'm being told. \\\"I don't know when it will be ready.\\\" I would have been fine with that answer to begin with instead of having me wait around for something that isn't ready.

I had to switch to this pharmacy for my insurance to allow 90 day refill and they are absolutely terrible. I've gone to the pharmacy multiple times and called many times and they still cannot refill my prescriptions correctly. I've been picking up prescriptions for 10 years and this is by far the most dysfunctional pharmacy I've had to deal with.

Since about January 2021 we've been having trouble with Walgreens, at the corner of East Main st. and 30th st. They call and say a prescription is ready when it's not, or they never call the Dr. to renew the prescription, yesterday I went to pick up a prescription and the lady literally ask me if she had the right medication in the computer and then tells me oh we're out of it I have to order it and you'll have to come back tomorrow. it's become completely redicoulus.

Never got Register rewards. From buying products in weekly ad that gives you rewards. And staff was at all no help and rude.

Rude. Rude. Rude. They are absolutely horrible people in the pharmacy. I'll NEVER return there again. I gave several chances (figured they had a bad day), but my last visit, I had enough. You would think they would fix their bad attitudes

Great customer services! well restocked, organized, and Cashier and manager respectful and helpful! I highly recommend visiting this location! coupon friendly might I add. I'm one satisfied customer!!!

Get ready to wait in long lines at this pharmacy. Whether you go inside or through the drive-thru, picking up prescriptions is a nightmare at this Walgreens. I've been here at 5pm on a weekday when they have a line of 15 people and one person at the counter. They really need to hire more staff and get more efficient with their processes.
