Great business we did not buy anything but we really felt like we were treated well. Our device issue which we had taken to several other cell phone stores with no improvement was resolved in less than 10 minutes.

The 2 young ladies were so helpful. Searched the best plan and trade in for us and were patient and kind when we wanted to compare plans and phones. Great! Did a great job transferring to new phones. Very knowledgeable staff and did everything and anything to make sure we were happy.

So I came in looking to upgrade my phone because I’ve had the same for over 4 years and I was really hesitant to do it but talking to Brittney made the process so smooth and easy. I wanted a Pixel phone and they had them in stock, usually everywhere else they have to order them in before I can even look at them but they had them. As we began the process she explained everything to me thoroughly and I had no other questions when it was done. I understand sometimes it maybe difficult to “understand” what a sales rep is saying or if their trying to whisper in promotions and whatever else to meet their goal but most of the time it’s the person themselves not really listening and rushing to get this over with but not with Brittney. I appreciate the time and smooth of a process this was and I’ll be sure to tell others to come to you.

At first the costumer service seems great but in actuality, this place functions like a car dealership. The electronics are marked up. They try to sell the product by telling you how much more you will pay per month without them telling you how much you are actually going to be buying at the end. Their is a restocking fee. I tried to return an iPad after I asked if the iPad I was purchasing did not have face recognition which the salesperson said it had. I was asked if I wanted a refund. I said yes and they said I had to pay for a restocking fee and had to pay for the screen protector. It was their mistake for them not knowing their product and they expected my to pay. I had to file a complaint with the company before the restocking fee was “waived”. I still had to pay for for the screen protector. I don’t recommend this place.

They tried to add a charger, screen protector, and a case by using the word “included” over and over again. Fortunately I picked up on what they were doing and bought FAR more reasonably priced accessories elsewhere. ALSO, WHY THE HECK DO WE HAVE TO BUY CHARGERS NOW? They’ve always been included. I’m not happy about that.
