My experience with Connor was very great and super informative! He is such a gentleman and doesn't going the extra mile for customers. I am a one plus brand user and had to switch over to a new phone immediately and he was so helpful. I enjoy my phone he suggested and he went through doing everything else for me. He is the go to person from now on. Great little store in a cute plaza by the way.

My CSR was so I formative I couldn't find a question she couldn't answer! She had made me feel stress free and even asked me about my day to pass time. She was very kind and patient I will definitely buy more from the store in the future.

I was told my iPhone Promax 12 plus (512 Gigabytes) would be “ready for pick-up” today Tuesday July 20th. I even called to be sure it would be there, but did not receive a call back. When arriving at the store... the phone was NOT there and was then told (a completely different story from the first sales rep)… That the Verizon stores could not or would not order 512 GB Phones, and for mine not having to wait to order that particular phone I agreed to purchase the 256 GB phone. They explained to me that the phones and Internet was down and you’re barely working and the sign-up process took quite a long time… Phillip was very personable and was very frustrated (and embarrassed) that everything was taking so long for the phones and service being down. I have opened my phone today only hours ago to find there’s a small scratch on the screen… And I am seriously considering taking it back… But because of the hassle I probably won’t…
