This store is taking advantage of elderly people. They sold my 87 year old neighbor a $600 phone and would not take it back when he tried to return it. Going against their 30-day return policy that's in writing and making up their own rules as to why they won't take the phone back. When I called Verizon wireless customer service they said that the store could not do that . I am turning them into the Better Business Bureau among others. I also know someone that works at local newspaper. These people are awful.

My phone recently stopped working. Went in & was immediately helped by sales representative Landon L. He did everything possible to find out what was wrong with my phone. Unfortunately, it wasn't fixable. But Landon went beyond my expectations & got me established with a brand new phone, phone case & screen protector. All @ a reasonable price range I wasn't expecting. He also transferred all my data/information to my new phone & went out of his way to help me set up my new phone. I've been with Verizon for 4 yrs. I never had a bad experience, always a positive outcome. The sales reps are courteous & helpful. Your customer service was greatly appreciated, Thank You Landon!!! So go see your local Verizon retailer.? ? ?

Angela's customer service is off the charts excellent. I first ported 2 lines, 1 from AT&T and the other from Smart Talk. Then just yesterday added another line.You are in good hands with Angela!

I was traveling and my phone would not charge. I had 2% power left. Areland got me fixed up and back on the road in 20 minutes. Great service!!!

I came in today expecting to end my service because I was frustrated with Verizon lately but it was ONLY because of Angela at the Farmington location working so hard to offer me the promotion bundle and upgrading my phone with a discount that I will stay with Verizon. She is truly amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my new phone had the exact info as my old Iphone. I definitely recommend asking for her when deciding on Verizon. Thank you ??!

Worst service ever at this store. You could tell a change of demeanor the second I told them I already have a new phone and needed to get it activated.It seems the woman I was speaking to's skills are limited to selling phones and swapping SIM cards, not actually doing anything in the system. They couldn't get my old SIM out and she just left me sitting there at her desk while she went to help other people.Fortunately when I had talked to Verizon support I knew that all I really needed was a new 5G SIM, so I kept the one she had sitting on the desk for me but couldn't activate when I finally walked out...Spend your money elsewhere.
