I recently opened a checking account with Vectra after leaving my old bank. The difference in customer service was amazing! At Vectra, they treat you like a family member. You are not just a number to them. They respect and value you and your time. I highly recommend Vectra! Thank you again for all the help getting my new account set up, Natalie!

This is one of the worst banks I’ve ever had. Doors are always closed. They never cash my checks because they say it’s too much. When your card is in a negative balance, they say it’s takes 8 days and it charges you, it adds up in 3 days. Horrible

This is the best bank I have ever used. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. There are never long lines and you can always get in and out. The best part is the mobile app.. I am able to do mobile deposits and never even have to go to the bank.

This bank is not very multicultural. I will go somewhere that is a more diverse atmosphere. I don't think they even have enough customers because it's always empty.

The Farmington branch staff are all so very friendly and helpful. I have never had any issues with this bank and they remember every customer! It's nice to have a bank that goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you need.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Some of the charges and fees can be worked around and they are happy to explain what/how/why. I have been doing business with them for over 20 years. The ladies at the Farmington Branch are awesome!

Former Vectra bank customer... I had to shut my account down because I did not agree with their banking practices. I was literally charged for money I didn't have. Then there is a daily charge for everytime there is an overdraft, a daily charge of $8.00....then if it doesn't get paid, the charges just stack and stack. I tried to resolve that, but to no avail. I had to find a way to pay that, then I was charged again for non-use of my debit card. They took what little I had. What bank does that? I have never dealt with a bank with shady practices. The people who work there are great, but their practices and procedures are not. Nowhere did I read anything in the "fine print" about such things. Just beware out there. Third world mafia practices. Now I'm going somewhere else, so I can bank with someone a little more trustworthy. Bye, bye Vectra...I like to keep what money I do have.

I have banked with Vectra (or Centennial from the old days) since an account was started for me before I was ever born. I walk in the door, they say hello by name. They have provided loans and personal care to not only me but now my children. I highly recommend! Thank you Vectra! 50 plus years of wonderful service!

After reading these reviews, I have a completely different experience with them. I love this bank! I had an account with BofA and Wells Fargo, but I had problems with them; ended up owing my last bank money. I finally switched to Vectra, the bank manager helped me tremendously and opened an account for me, though there was a mark against me from my previous banks. I was young at the time and she took several hours educating me.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I i will be closing my account tomorrow and wont ever recommend this bank to anyone! They charge different fees and waive the over draft charges when they feel like it and then charge you over $100 on other times when they feel like it, but have zero explanation as to where they come up with this wonderful amount of money and there customer service says " We do not need your business" so guess you don't need business? Awesome we are more than willing to take our business to FOUR CORNER COMMUNITY way better customer service and actually knows what they are doing. Wouldn't bank with them if i was you, YOU will regret it.
