Hello, they were very nice, the receptionist, the vet tech was especially nice to us and to our dog Kilo. He was treated and released with his medication. He seems very comfortable today bandage and all. Thank you very much.

I know that my pet is cared for here….she certainly gets a lot of treats, during the exam! Surprisingly, a payment plan was not an option provided to us for a potential pet surgery.

The last 2 times for sure I’ve felt the vet (Dr Moore) comes in n out as fast as she can. I feel she does not like my dogs or maybe doesn’t like me. They were barking at her when she came in, when she turned around to walk out she told them shut up, as she walked out. When she did the exam, I felt like she was just going through the motions & briefly checked teeth, eyes n ears… maybe the nose too. I understand being busy but it seemed it was an inconvenience . I wanted to think i’m overthinking it with the first impression…but I don’t feel comfortable and welcomed with her. Now Ashley is very kind, sweet, answers questions, talks to you and listens to you. She is a people person and I would give her 5 stars because she was the ONLY person when we came in, that seemed to want to make us feel comfortable. But you know when you just have that intuition about things……. and yes, the prices seem each visit just keep going up ?

Dr. Rebecca was a great help to our sick cat. I called the night before and was given an appt. early the next morning. Our cat is doing much better, Thank you Team.
All the staff are so courteous and we definitely plan on bringing our cat here for his regular check ups.

Kept current on pricing as appointment progressed. Tech and Vet explained matters well and handled dog well. Could have had some pet water available inside or out.
