“Hello there if you are reading reviews for this car lot, it must be because you are considering a purchase! Let me give you my experience, I had been looking for a 1994 F150 flare side for a while and I stumbled upon this beauty online and I called in to get info on it . The person who helped me from start to finish was Hunter , what a great guy!!! I told him I lived near Dallas and really was excited about this truck he was true and honest about the truck told me as much as he could over the phone and sent me a video and some pics. I made the purchase and don’t regret it at all thanks to Hunter and the rest of the Team at Auto World. Happy customer!!! Truck runs great and he helped me with transportation and delivery! “What kind of car dealer can you truly trust? How about one that tells you not to buy a car? We have been looking at a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport and we drove into Economy Motors. Billy test drove our 2006 Lexus GX 470 while we drove the Ford. When we returned Billy said "well what do you think?" We said we loves it. He replied "yep it's a great vehicles, but to be honest I would just keep the Lexus" WHAT! a used car dealer telling me not to buy? I have given out a total of 3 "5 star" ratings in 6-7 years as a Google Guide and this guy earned it! A moral dealership run by a Christian family who understand that their needs are being taken care of regardless of how many cars they sell. “Not a good place to buy used vehicles the customer support is not there Rehanien was not helpful when I had issues with there vehicle have a warranty but shop is 3 months out so I'm making payments on a car while it's still in shop not even 8000 put on the vehicle very disappointed
Edit:I've since gotten my vehicle fixed what had happened was I put 8000 miles on a 2010 Subaru outback and had the transmission failed on me. With very very much effort I had my family member talk with the owner of the establishment and was helped after that encounter it was very difficult for the dealership to honor the warranties for this vehicle and I felt as if I had been wronged but in the end I would say they have definitely taken care of me and my need for my vehicle to get fixed I appreciate them honoring the warranties to make it right thanks everyone at Db`s for the help”
