Besides the fact that they keep locking me out my account several times they won’t even cash my sons check with his school ID… It’s my account he’s obviously my son we have the same last name but want me to bring in his birth certificate as well as his social with his school ?!!! If he had an account ok but if he’s cashing it under mine??? Never had this problem at Citizens I’ll be closing my account soon.

Had to relocate to another city in my home state.I had been a member with my old Credit Union for MANY years. I now live farther away from my previous credit union where they could no longer provide the services I need. I inquired with a few other credit unions but was not met with the shared knowedge , friendliness and services that I experienced with US Eagle. I love a Credit Union that covers all my financial needs. I'm very happy I was able to find one . Thats US Eagle. I am proud to be a new member.. Thank you Susan. Thank you all.

They look at you like your going to rob them because of how you dress and your jewelry. I don't go to places that are prejudiced like this. I am very well educated and I have money. I will never do business at this CU again, now that I've closed my account.

I went in the bank it was very busy. The drive through emptied out and that lady actually came out front and helped me instead of sitting there waiting for her station to get business. All of the ladies seemed very happy like the loved their job. It makes such a difference when people are happy instead of just waiting for quitting time.

I used US Eagle for about two as my primary bank. During that, time they locked be out of my account on three separate occasions because of a fraud concern I assume some computer algorithm identified. In none of the three occasions was there any actual fraudulent activity. When I called the number on the back of the debit card, I was told I would have to contact my "financial institution". I was at a restaurant with my family the last time it happened, it was a weekend, the bank was closed, and I did not have any cash. My 16-year-old daughter had to pay for the meal. It was incredibly embarrassing and humiliating. I was never contacted in any of the three occasions when I was locked out of my account. I went to the bank to close my account and experience horrible customer service, nothing but excuses and blaming others, no ownership for the issues. DO NOT BANK HERE.

Opened an account easy. Had access within about 10 days. New to their union, but know from much experience, that other big name banks are in it solely for PROFIT. Stick it to the capitalists, and choose a credit union, do yourself a favor. ?

US Eagle provides an extremely friendly and courteous atmosphere. All employees are very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. No long wait times to receive service.

Staff is always warm and friendly - like they have known you for years and they also remind you of things you may have forgotten- my money feel safe with this bank!! Love the people who work there !!

For some reason these people refused to cash the $35,000 check I sent to them to pay off my loan. They said that the "address on file" was incorrect. They sent me letters TO MY CORRECT ADDRESS asking me to update my address... when I called them to try to figure out the problem they refuse to authenticate my account unless I could answer a random question such as where did you live when you were four years old? Instead of letting you choose security questions to answer, they ask you questions that "they find online in your public records". How is that secure? If this info is in my public records the ENTIRE PUBLIC knows the answers. I have no idea what year the car was that I owned TWENTY YEARS AGO. It literally took me 30 minutes to be authenticated by questions that were unanswerable, simply to pay off my loan. These people are ridiculous and I will never do business with them again. If you can't trust them with simple things like security how can you trust him with anything else?

Tricia did an outstanding job answering all my questions with a great smile on her face even though I had many. She even took the time to explain what options I had, and I really appreciated all the time she took without making me feel like a number. Other places made me feel like I was on a time limit, and just hurried up. Tricia was very professional and I am glad that I had her as my Financial Consultant ?
