This George character certainly feels entitled and has an arrogant addittude. This was my first visit and was excited to buy. He acted like he was in a hurry, then said my leg hurts what do you want to see right here. I wanted to get a matching set by looking at the necklaces first. He then wouldn't let me look up close at the necklaces and shut the sliding door right away. I told him I was not going to steal, he says that's what all the people say! (Well don't have the items so close to the door) I addressed his comment and his addittude he demanded I leave but yet he was the one so rude, no salesman addittude. He told me to leave like he owned the place. I said I wanted to speak with the owner, "he's not here I'm running the store". I told him this was not right, he was the one who was in the wrong. Another coworker helped me at which i was grateful, But now I see the item is broken. Had he not been so rude I'd feel better about my purchases, I'LL HAVE TO BE ANOTHER RACE TO GET TREATED WELL, SEEING THE PREVIOUS COMMENTS MADE ABOUT HIM. Smh.

Do not let this sales worker help you out. Her name is Lavina & she is the most rude sales associate I have ever seen. She is condescending to her customers & argumentative. Please avoid her at all if possible!

I had wanted to make a necklace and I came in here. Everyone is very helpful in here, they set me up with everything I needed. Since then I've been in here quite a bit, and each time they delightfully assist in my next jewelry project in anyway.

My father passed away and left his watch and watch band to my son, Samuel. The watch band is silver and has an eagle on both sides. The right side had a stone missing and the band needed severe polishing. I just picked it up and cried, not because I was upset, but because he had done such beautiful work on a VERY special piece of jewelry. Thank you Thunderbird silver!
