I could give no stars I would. This place is ridiculous. We took a company truck in for the AC not working and low power. They had it for a 10 days. 9th day they said that they needed to run a compression test in which I said I did not want.The tech put me on a hold and said the mechanic had already gotten halfway through the test. Called back at 4pm-5 hrs later and the mechanic was out to lunch. Long story short the AC was never repaired got charged $1300 for diagnosis when we brought it in. It was running perfectly fine and now we are towing it home. I would never recommend this company to nobody the people in the front do not know what they’re talking about and apparently their mechanics have no clue what they’re doing. Upon talking to others, they’ve had similar results with them. Do not come here.

Took my 07’ truck in March..to get a specific shaking and stalling then dies…to get it fixed. ?♀️?♀️?..fixed other problems (2k$) wasnt exactly fixing my problem still??♀️..already been a week and it’s STILL THE SAME PROBLEM?♀️?♀️…now my vehicle won’t start??♀️..obviously new problem..& supposedly warranty only covered what they fixed?????no communication or updates on how my vehicle been doing the entire time it was in the shop?♀️?♀️

Don't ever take your diesel truck here. They are a big disappointment!! They couldn't even figure out what was wrong with our Dodge Ram, and they told us that they did a 2 hour diagnostic check and that there was #4 cylinder misfiring, we asked if they did a compression test and they didn't do that. Then they took it for a test drive, and yet the technician said he or she couldn't find what was wrong with it. They also charged us for 2 gals of coolant, and yet our coolant was already full due to us replacing the radiator SMH!!! So we paid for the so-called test and picked up our truck! These so-called Wrench ? Truck & Auto Repair Don't Know what they are doing! On top of all that, we dropped off the truck on a Wednesday, and it sat outside their shop for days until we called them and picked it up a week later!?♀️?

went in for some work on my transfer case 2017 f350. they diagnosed the issue and was quoted 480 for the fix. they never called and did additional work that was not approved by me which was an additional 300 dollars. they knocked off a whole whopping 45 dollars on the work that was never approved. I'll never use this shop again and I'll make sure to spread my experience with this company to all my friends and family in the San Juan basin.

We were traveling and started experiencing power issues pulling our fifth wheel. They got us in the next day and diagnosed the problem, replaced the parts needed and we were on the road the same day! My camper was damaged on September 07, 2023 and the tow truck delivered my camper to THE WRENCH about midnight. The next morning, I met with Warren and his workers to assess the damage. There were multiple problems with the tongue of the camper along with electrical connections, emergency brake malfunction, and other issues... The front of the camper tongue needed to be replaced along with other issues. Even though they could not replace the connection on the front of the tongue, they took my camper to a repair shop to have that part replaced, and then performed the other repairs as needed. I returned home to ABQ and left my camper there for repairs. The work was performed so that it looks like new and the charge for repairs was VERY reasonable... I cannot thank them enough for their assistance while I was on the road...They are the BEST..Joe MIller

I'm on a road trip and my car broke down on a Sunday. I got towed to the wrench and they got us put back together and on the road quite quickly. My Jeep has never run so smoothly and I feel confident that I'll get to where I'm going safely. Thank you!

I was driving through town and my a/c decided to quit. The guys at The Wrench didn't hesitate to take me in and went right to work. Parts had to come from Albuquerque, but arrived the next day. The drove me to the hotel and picked me up. Spent 2 nights at a hotel and then was back on the road. Been running the a/c since without any issues. Thanks a bunch! All around a good experience (well, except for the thing breaking to begin with of course)

The first impression is really great. The shop is very large and the work area is immaculat. All the employees look professional. They're really busy and may not be able to get to my Suburban right away, maybe not today. There's nothing I can do about that. I'll update on the work later.
