My husband bought a vape pen, it worked in store for 2 puffs. Went home, charged it up and it didn't work. Went back next day less than 24 hrs later but they said they would only have exchanged it the same day but now it was too late!! How ridiculous!!

They had the vape brand that I like and it was not a knock off like the 7 2 11's sell. They also let you test them to make sure they work and will stand behind their product unlike 7 2 11 who already know the vapes they sell are not authentic, don't work, and they won't let you test or return them. The employee that helped me was very friendly and helpful and didn't rush me or scoot me out the door reminding me that all sales are final (like 7 2 11)

Bought a new YoCan XL Plus after my old one finally died after a year of hard use. Got it home and after about 7 days it stopped taking a charge. I grabbed my receipt and the box just like the lady told me to do if I had issues with it, and brought it back to the shop. I explained what happened, the nice young lady there looked at it, and with in seconds I had a brand new rig, no questions asked, no 3rd degree.Great staff. Obviously not their fault a couple bad batteries come from the factory, but they were more than willing to correct the issue in a very professional manner. I was more than pleased with my service and will continue to shop here for all my supplies.

The sign inside said 10% off vapes. As I was purchasing a vape, I was told my vape wasn't a part of the 10% off.
