This credit union is scamming its customers and making tons of money off them in additional interest as well as late fees. We do online bill pay and it takes them up to 6 weeks to sometimes to post our payment. This time, they returned our payment (and we definitely have the money in the account to pay it.) We have tried to call and the receptionist tells us that everyone is on the line and they are experiencing high call volume. Gee, I wonder why if they arent posting customer payments. If you're looking for a credit union, DONT GO HERE!!!

I been w southwest credit Union for over 35 years n always got very good service. I really like the employees that work.

They are really not open anytime, this is after the pandemic. The place looks shady, I called their business number posted online, it redirects me to Albuquerque, there really is no local number, how shady is that! I'll give zero stars.

Horrible customer service! I had called the previous week to get directions and hours of operation. He didn't mention when I said I was coming into the bank to open an account that it was drive thru service only on Saturdays. I drove 40 miles specifically for this bank, referred by my bank I have a loan out with already, but I've relocated. I'm a senior citizen in a new area of the state of Colorado being told the nearest 'sister' bank to me is in NM. Somewhat confused as to why they're closed earlier then posted, & why are the 2 women looking at each other, but ignoring me? Wow... someone pulls into the drive thru, so one woman got busy & the other woman finally decided she had to answer to me, knocking on the window, asking "why they're closed, I drove so far"... "drive thru only, can't unlock the door" & walked away.

Rude staff, there were 2 employees working on the day I visited and no line. I waited a good 10 mins and had to ask if anyone was going to assist me. And the individual who assisted me looked annoyed. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Customer service is horrible, they never answer their phone’s. What kind of business is this? Farmington nor the Albuquerque office ever answers. They also don’t return calls.

i have not been able to see my acct now 4 days and no one has answered any of the phone numbers. I realize the holiday but i cannot access my acct on line we should always be able to do that

been a customer for years and I called to make a payment and was told to call back the next business day and the teller says she's not going to waive the late fee because I should know better. Very unprofessional. For sure I'm going to close this account.
