Convenient location. A woman pharmacist here named Hailey (however you spell it) is rude. Condescending. Mean. Judge-mental. I loathe doing business here when she’s working. How or why she became a pharmacist is beyond me. A profession where you’re supposed to be kind and helpful. This woman is the complete opposite. She should find a different line of work.

Pharmacy FAILED, after confirming by phone call that my prescription refill was ready and received a text message that also stated refill is ready. Went to pick up, was informed my prescription was not available and to call my doctor as to why my prescription will not be refilled. After talking to pharmacy, whom stated " I'm filling your prescription right and be ready in 30 minutes", I question what went wrong and lady with dark hair and glasses become confrontational. It appears, this is same problematic individual. Smith's might do themselves a favor and rid themselves of this bad apple.

The young lady with dark hair and glasses in the pharmacy was very rude over the phone and in person when I went to talk to the pharmacy the same day. Not sure what her position is there but customer service is not her thing. They are usually very nice and helpful.

What a horrid attitude the pharmacy tech with black hair and glasses displayed today! Nasty, snippy, practically threw my prescription at me when I questioned the amount charged. And the pharmacist was standing right there! I never said an ill word toward this young woman - I was simply dismayed at the cost of the drug and commented, “Well, that figures!” in response. Instead of using good customer service skills and commiserating, she took my comment personally, and with barely contained rage violently packaged the pills, shoved them at me, and acted like she had just been called a blood-sucking harpie! A person who behaves like this has NO BUSINESS serving customers. Smith’s obviously doesn’t read these reviews or care - look at the number of 1 and 2- star reviews and negative testimonials. Shame on this employee, shame on her supervisor for allowing her to act like a childish ninny and shame on Smiths for failing to respond to the overwhelmingly negative feedback…I will NEVER use this pharmacy again.

I've been a long time customer of their pharmacy but that doesn't mean anything. I was standing at the counter a couple of minutes before their 1pm lunch start time. They ignored me while they were helping someone at the other counter. They turned off the light while I was waiting. I guess unionized employees only care about how much they can get not taking care of customers.

The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my 60+ yrs. I waited for 3 days for my prescription to be filled,, finally on the 4th day I called inquiring about the script only to be put on hold and forgotten about. When I called back only to be hung up on. Called back and was informed that they were not able to fill the script. You would think they could of given a courtesy call to inform me of the situation. Shows how little they care about their clientele. And to add insult to injury,,, they were very rude.
