I stopped in during their lunch hour and Wendy came from the parking lot and opened just to help me out. She immediately diagnosed the problem my machine had, grabbed her screwdriver, and fixed it lickedy split. She had me on my way in less than 5 minutes. I didn't have to leave my machine. I was so happy and grateful. She's a very kind and beautiful lady. Thanks Wendy!

We had to find our own vacuum parts and buy a new filter after it was returned with a missing filter.

My sewing machine froze up while doing a time sensitive project. I called Wendy in the morning, delivered my machine to her before noon, and thrilled that she called at 4 pm that same day to say it was fixed, cleaned and oiled. Fantastic service and very pleasant

Extremely rude and hateful... very disappointing!!!.... required a 50$ deposit that was not mentioned when I called....if you’re looking for good respectable service...DONT bother with these people.... very poor customer service!!
