My senior dog, John Wayne was very sick. I was so worried. They helped me get him in quickly and let me do drops off when needed. He ended up having to be hospitalized for a couple days. Dr Benally and the staff took such great care of him and did not do unnecessary procedures. I couldn't be more thankful for all of them ❤️

Takes a compassionate Dr and Vet Tech to drag themselves out into the cold at 11:00 pm on a Friday night to save my 10 and 12 year old Brittney’s. They caught kennel cough in a kennel out of state, which moved to pneumonia before I caught on. Even though the Dr was taking call for another vet they showed up quickly and unperturbed. I wish I had their names. My best boy is Ranger, but I call him son. He so shares my life as does his little brother. The boys are recovering now and my gratitude is great. Thank you from my soul. My dog got hit and they wanted a hefty deposit before they saw her so obviously all they care about is the money they get and not about helping animals! I offered them $380 to see my dog and I got turned away because I didn't have another $300 I will never be taking any of my dogs here again! I recommend neither does anyone else!

Did not like how they push me side and not help me during my need of care during an emergency of my dog. It was an emergency. Had to go all the way up to Durango to get help for dog. She is family.

Absolutely wonderful staff. They were so kind to our rabbit and I when we had to go in. They made sure I was taken care of and had everything I needed to handle the outcome. I can’t thank them enough!

They are a clean veterinary hospital, I hadn't been to a vet hospital in over 3 years as we have not had a pet until 6 weeks ago, the first two visit with my puppy were great, however the visit today was a little different, there was a young girl assisting the Doctor, she was quiet, she kind of took over my puppy and did the weight, then the Doctor gave her the thermometer, she checked her temp, I asked if she was training, new or if she was a Doctor, she spoke up and said she's been there for 5 1/2 years and is a tech. I wasn't impressed with her , not very friendly, felt like she didn't enjoy her job, I sure hope the animals don't sense her attitude, I was thankful that today was my last visit until next year. I don't particularly care for her in the room while my puppy is being taken care of.

Just moved to this area a month ago and my fur baby was still sick after expensive treatment in Flagstaff. San Juan has been absolutely fantastic. They have been professional, thoughtful, honest and thorough since our first visit. I couldn’t be happier with them, and because I travel so much I’ve been to many, many vets that.
