This sams club had many selections of perfumes like dolce and Havana, Prada, Marc jacobs, and other ones that are hard to find in sams clubs. They also had crocs, something that the ABQ and Santa Fe sams clubs don't have. Restrooms are more spacious and clean. Employees are friendly as well.

I made an order for pick up, didn't get all my items and was still charged for all the items. I called the customer service line and I was told I would get my refund and an additional gift card. I have not received anything.
I also upgraded to plus membership and my app still shows me at regular membership.

Terrible customer service! Sydney is rude and has very poor communication skills. Hopefully someone can help guide and teach her how to be respectful to customers.

They treat everyone like you are a thief. If you do self service they rummage thru your basket to make sure you paid for everything. I spent $300 today and that was my very last time I’ll shop at Sams.

waited in line and then told i cannot go in til 10:00 unless i have a Plus Membership, and i was told to wait in that other line, which i noticed was all seniors like myself, i looked and went to get a perscription filled, came back and got into the less valued/seniors line, the lady from inside came out and singled me out and told me that i have to go thru the other line first, i told her i had already went thru that line and she told me my business membership card was not good enough to get in right now and was told to go get into this line, she said i want you to go thru this line again, i was getting upset, now i am being singled and dealing with some kind of attitude because they/she is treating paying members like second class people and she wants to force to go thru a long line again, very rude, arrogant and abusing people working there, not sure they worth the trouble anymore

having a Sam's Club membership right now is pointless when they do not have any cleaning supplies needed for a business and put a limit of 1 item on the things they do actually have in stock. For the past several months going in there I have been telling the cashier NO I do not want to upgrade to the Plus membership, and guess what my recent visit I was informed that at some point I had in fact been upgraded! Was not happy about that at all. so now instead of $45 its $100 and I am not able to still get the items I need for my business

Dont get me wrong, I love Sam's club and the large quantities i can get for my large family, but today I was prohibited to purchase certain items, I share membership with my sister, different household, still couldn't get some items, plus they were limited.....put some clear black and white signs up so we won't look stupid at checkout....
