When my game chair and desk was delivered they sent the wrong one. Also it was a refurbished chair and had cat scratches all down the back ,all the cords weren’t even sent with it. So when I called Rent-A-Center, they said they would take care of it immediately. When the delivery driver came back, he again sent me the same desk and table only it was a band new one. at this point I was pretty irritated but I said OK shouldn’t have but I did. So the next day I lost my wallet I had to cancel my cards. I let Rent-A-Center know I was waiting for my new card to come in so there would be a delay on the payment. They have harassed me every day since. I ordered this the day before Christmas. if it wasn’t For the fact that it was my son’s Christmas gift, I would’ve gave it back to them and been done because the woman I spoke to was like speaking to a wall. They say communicate I did, and yet that did nothing not very understanding about anything I couldnt even get the right items I ordered. not to mention for a refurbished game chair and desk. My payments were more than when I got a new one. They went down by three dollars that is ridiculous. Definitely won’t ever rent anything from here again. And good luck to those of you that do.

I would give this place negative stars. Have called multiple times and they say they have told me they would come out and never do... Worst rental experience ever. Waste of time and money... Paid for a new model dryer and ended up with an old used dryer...

Worst experience with rent a center, I ordered a laptop from there, when they brought it to me the brought a used scratched up laptop that still had the information of someone else on it. They took it back that night and told me nothing would be charged to me because I cancelled the whole arrangement. The next day 40 dollars had been taken from my bank account, still trying to get the issue resolved, please do go here

The store manager won't call you back and when something needs to be fixed they wait weeks before sending it off and expect you to still pay for something you don't have. I make sure I pay for my items and for a company to treat someone like this is bs. They won't even give me an update on a phone that I took to get fixed cuz the touch screen went out in it and I took it up there over a month ago. Either this store needs to hire new people or they are gonna lose out on a lot of money because loyal customers don't deserve to be treated like this and should not have to pay for insurance for things that they can't get fixed in a timely matter

Shady! I wish I could give no stars at all. Don't trust anything they have to say. Especially manny the manager. He will tell you whatever you want to hear! Shady employees and definitely a shady store. I would recommend any other place in town. But that seems to be pretty obvious by all of the horrible reviews this place gets.

I'm a manager in the world of retail and we all have one thing in common, any customer should have all the utmost respect! But when you start charge your customers double payment without their knowledge, that is stealing money out of your customers wallet. And for them to tell you that they changed my payment from weekly to bi-weekly, I was never given the update nor did I give them my consent. A few of the workers there are nice and I'd love to recruit them to work for me but some (store manager) have no respect and plain rude! If you want to get money stolen out of your wallet, by all means, shop at their RAC store.
