Bad company bad practices poor customer service avoid at all costs give propane a try or utilize electricity. But no matter what try to avoid nm gas.

Their office is closed April 7th (good Friday) along with most other federal holidays, wish they would inform their customers via bill, call centers are closed too pay it online during the holidays.
