“I recently upgraded to a new phone & the process of it was so stressful. The first sales rep I spoke to was not helpful & they only had one rep to assist customers when I went there. I waited 3 HOURS to get helped at this location because the rep was stuck on ONE person ahead of me. There was no urgency to assist other customers or time management given by the representative. By the time I was able to get seen the rep was unable to answer questions regarding my contract agreement or the details of a promotional offer. I am unsure if the rep was new or she just genuinely didn’t know what to do to help me. There were so many things that went wrong & I wasn’t confident in the upgrade I purchased. I wanted to return the item immediately & decided the process was not worth it. However after following this experience with the first rep I was able to speak to a different rep the next day.
Brittany was such a HUGE help in assisting me with my new phone & getting it set up. She listened to my previous experience with the first rep & was very understanding and patient. She took control of any unanswered questions or concerns that I had & ensured I felt satisfied with my new phone. I appreciated her full transparency through the process & she was very informative about certain aspects of the promotional offer at hand. If I had not spoken with Brittany I surely would’ve just gave up on this carrier & taken my business elsewhere. Despite the awful experience I had previously I would have gave 5 stars to this location but I believe Brittany deserves these stars for her role in my situation. She stepped up & took action towards any concerns & I was able to follow through on my upgrade. I am incredibly thankful for her outstanding customer service & support.”
