I get to the store at 5:10 pm and there's a sign on the door. And I'm thinking ok I can wait 15 minutes. 5:25 comes around and no one shows up. 10 minutes later the girl that's working at MetroPCS comes out from the restaurant next door with I'm assuming is her boyfriend or someone she knows, instead of opening the store. She gets in side the car that the guy she with. By that time I'm thinking " we're is the rep of the store. So I start looking for the number to corporate so I can get them to call the stores owner. 5:45 she finally gets out of the black mustang I'm front of the store and opens the door . I'm just going to let you know that is there's a sign on the door with be back in 15 minutes, and you see a black mustang parked near by . Best bet is to find another store because she won't care if your standing out side. She'll try to wait until you give up and go somewhere else.

Oh I cannot say enough about the girl that helped me there. I drove 3 hours to find the closest metro pcs and she was amazing to work with after such a drive!!

I used to recommend Metro to everyone. Not anymore. The Free phone if you switch deal is only legit if they have phones in stock. They did not a single free phone available. They sent me to the other location by west side Wal-Mart, where it was worse. No free phones in stock, but at least at the east side location, the manager had out of stock stickers on all of the displays. When I told the manager(west side) how confusing it was(there were no out of stock stickers, but all of the phones were indeed out of stock), she rudely told me that she did not use them because it made the store look tacky. No, you confusing people makes your store look tacky. I will not give them my service again.

Reps have no idea on current deals, incentives, or programs going on... no drive to figure out and serve you just more what, how, give me a sec as opposed to let's get some information and let's see what we can do...... I thought sales ment trying to sell me something not making me not wanna go thru u period....

I wish I could put zero stars because that’s what this place deserves. Phone service is horrible, prices are not reliable, employees are terribly rude and don’t attend you right. The employee Maria wasn't helpful at all. Don’t go there I suggest going to the other Metro PCS by T-Mobile. Everyone have a great day. ??

The customer service at this particular store is Always Excellent! The ladies and gentlemen who work there are very helpful, friendly, and professional!!! :) Glad metro has a good team to represent them!

They have been extremely helpful at this location willing to understand that I cannot afford a new phone so they have continuously work with me to replace this one as it malfunctions I really truly hope that this one does not close as this dealer is actually one of the better MetroPCS dealerships that I've been to in a very very very long time
