I contacted Melloy Honda in Farmington after a disappointing experience with Garcia Honda in Albuquerque. Kameron Knoll secured the vehicle I wanted. Chris McArthur took very good care of me when I arrived at the dealership. He was very professional, straight forward and honest. He was also very knowledgeable and showed me all of the features on my car and how to use them. Patsy Lucero made the paperwork go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend Melloy Honda. What a great car buying experience!! Thank you all!!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT Melloy Honda! It is the 2nd worst dealership in the state! They are second to Galles Chevrolet in Albuquerque. The “salesman” texted me at 9:10 am to confirm that I would arrive at 10 am for my test drive appointment and I confirmed I would. When I arrived, the “salesman” could not find the car. About 20 minutes later, he returned to tell me the car had been sold earlier that morning. No heads up though he knew I was driving from an hour away. Totally unprofessional and an example of why car salesmen have the reputation they do.

This dealership is fantastic! I went to Farmington from San Antonio, Texas to help my Sister and picked up a nail in my tire 10 miles from my Sister’s house. When I got there the tire was going flat very fast. Mr. Melloy thankfully lives next door to my Sis and he helped me out immediately. His Honda store picked up my Ridgeline and took it to the store and had the tire replaced the next day. Kylie, in the Service Department notified me immediately when it was ready and she was sooo nice and very professional. I couldn’t ask for better service. As a retired General Manager for a large Nissan store here in San Antonio, I totally understand how important good customer service is. They get it and deliver it at Melloy Honda. It’s so hard to find that kind of service in today’s world and so refreshing when you do receive it. Thank heavens for Melloy Honda, I’m sure the rest of the Melloy dealerships follow suit with good customer service. I would highly recommend all Melloy dealerships. You won’t be disappointed.

I bought a new Pilot here 2 years ago and worked with Eduardo. He made the experience extremely easy and worked with me over the phone and in person as we live several hours away. The price was the best in the area, and Eduardo made sure I was taken care of. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I came in for an appointment to get my oil changed. I had gotten the date wrong but Darren told me they would fit me in as soon as possible. He told me it might take a couple hours because they were super booked up but it took less than two! All of the service department members have outstanding attitudes and are so very helpful. I am so appreciative of them and will definitely be back!

Spent an afternoon trying to buy a car. The staff was nice enough to pick me up and take me across state lines but then lied about credit ratings and the assistance they offered m. The ride home was bizarre and vaguely unprofessional. Will look elsewhere to buy a car

I purchased my car in Albuquerque but have it serviced in Farmington because it's closer to where I live. I had driven to Texas in a heat wave, and my AC died. I called Melloy 5 times and was told each time I had to talk to "Brandon" because he was my service provider. Brandon was "so busy" the last time I finally waited 10 minutes for someone to go find him. He was less than helpful. Also, I have a 10 yr/100K mi warranty, and I told him that. I asked if AC parts were covered and he said, "You should call them". I said, "Isn't that your job?". Later that night, Brandon called me to see how my service was the week before. He didn't remember me from the conversation an hour earlier. The following day when I called the warranty company they were easily reachable, and I found out it was covered. about 6 hours later Brandon called me to tell me he finally reached the warranty company....blah blah blah... I really don't want to deal with anybody who cared so little about customer service. That's what he's there for. I drove straight to Farmington from Austin (out of the way) and found out they were on 2-3 weeks back order....and they didn't have time to look at my car because they were too backed up. Fortunately, "Darren" finagled an appt and my car was seen the next AM. Darren is awesome....only deal with Darren.

It is one of the absolute worst dealerships in town. Despite a newly built building and facilities, it is not worth investing time here. My mother and I were treated badly the past couple of times we went here. We wasted time here to be told that we would be paying $500-$600 on a used $11k Hyundai SUV. No, thanks. Yet another bad experience.

Service Manager Damon has been so helpful and thorough in all of my dealings with him. Melloy Honda is pleasant to deal with, as a whole, and I trust the mechanics with my Hondas more than any other mechanic around (even more than any other Honda dealership I've dealt with). Please keep making customer service a very clear priority. It is becoming less and less common these days, but it has remained consistent with Melloy Honda (and, in my opinion, just getting better and better). Thank you!!

We visited with Nick March about a new CRV to replace our older CRV. He arranged a test drive in a 2023 CRV Hybrid Sport Touring and we were sold. Nick looked at what would be arriving and helped us secure a 2023 CRV Hybrid Sport Touring in the Canyon Blue color we wanted. Naturally it took a few months for it to arrive but Nick kept us informed all along the way. When the CRV arrived we quickly negotiated the terms completed the paperwork, accepted the trade offer for our old CRV and were driving home in our new car. What pleasure working with Nick March and Patsy Lucero. Patsy helped dot all of the i’s and cross all of the t’s to complete the purchase.

Came to Melloy Honda after seeing this beautiful Toyota in their used lot. Was fortunate enough to have Jared as my salesman! He did awesome and he was able to get me into the truck I wanted for a really good price! I recommend Jared for your vehicle needs!
