Haven't actually been to this store (I live 100 miles away...), but ordered from them on-line. Plenty of email and text updates on my order status, and they delivered on as promised within their specified time window.

Will never order online again. I ordered because it said ready in less than 3 hours. My boss was going to pick it up for me. Almost 8 hours later still not ready and now no way to pick it up. It's false advertising. Call to talk to a manager and they don't answer after being transfered. I opted out of delivery after it said same day then changed to almost a week later after I chose that option. And it didn't take the same day delivery charge off. Again false advertising.

Had a 12 pm delivery from Colorado DC. My trailer was floor loaded so I checked in around 0930 to try and help them get it unloaded earlier bc it was floor loaded and the manager cleared some space and let me dock an hr latter. Excellent experience delivering. No one bothered me while I parked over night on lumber side entrance along guard rail. Thank you all for the great job. The recieving manager Cheryl and her team are awesome, this is the type of team that deserves recognition. Thanks again for the fast and friendly service. Waited 45 minutes in appliances asked 5 employees for help while waiting went to front asked for help at return desk Said they would send sombody. Nobody showed went to the self check out where two employees stood so I told them I needed help they stare at eachother like they are sharing a braincell. I call the store and and try again again nobody could help I guese ill go to homedepot for my washer and dryer. They are way understaffed and the staff has 0 experience with anything to do with work or home improvement what a joke.

My husband and I prefer to shop at Lowe's for two reasons. The first reason is they offer a veterans discount for military personnel and when you get to the check out it is actually honored. Unlike Home Depot where everytime we try to purchase something the discount is not applied and the staff is unable to help or accommodate in any way and could care less that someone helped to serve the country and provide their freedom to treat us badly. So thank you Lowe's for appreciating the sacrifices the men and women on the military be it current or retired have made. Secondly the person's who work there are always so knowledgeable and helpful. For example we had terrific help from Oceana yesterday, she helped us get a new kitchen sink. Find the faucet we really wanted as it was just in a different spot than what was listed and was so super friendly and nice. I thought I was gonna have to try and pick out a different faucet and I didn't like any others, I wanted this one and Oceana helped to make sure that happened. I was so overjoyed.The employees at Home Depot are not as knowledgeable or even as friendly when you ask them a question. We will continue to shop at Lowe's. Thank you Oceana for all of your help and to Lowe's for hiring good knowledgable people and ensuring that all we need is readily available

Waited an hour over at the power tools section being told some lady would be over shortly to help get an impact out of the cage so I could replace mine, she never showed, and then at check out, another two guys complaining about the same thing.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a upright freezer, Lowes said it was ready, went down there and they said they didn't have it yet, and it would be in next week. Drove back home which is outside of Aztec, and they texted and said the freezer was ready. We called to double check and the woman on the phone did not understand why I was upset. I told her we were just there and the freezer was not ready. She just told us to come pick it up, and it was ready. She did not understand that Lowes wasted time and gas.
