Lincare had taken great care of me. They explained everything so well and always make sure I have the best equipment, and everything I need. Everyone is so kind, and they are always there to answer any questions Iv had. I highly recommend Lincare.

They will Bill you but you don’t get the supplies. You call and get put on hold and they never answer. My doctor set it up. I guess I’m going to have to get legal help.

They pre-authorized my husband under a COMPLETELY different person/different insurance (insurance fraud). Could never figure out billing, refused to send supplies even if we paid out of pocket, and didn't honor auto withdrawal. When I told them SEVERAL times I worked in insurance billing and our bills where not what I thought they should be they said that they knew how to do their jobs to not worry. Now we can't get supplies, can't make payments, and it will take them 45 plus days to update our insurance plan. Don't waste your time they have NO idea on costs even with out insurance, and are all just passing the blame around. So un-organized!As per your reply I have been in-contact with SEVERAL different parts of your organization, and NO one is helpful. I have called MULTIPLE times with no resolution.

Equipment was delivered without all necessary parts to enable full hookup. I call the local service number and spoke with the on-call customer specialist. She indicated her name was Mary. I explained the issue and she said I could come by and pickup the necessary part or she would mail it. Fortunately, I do not need the equipment to sustain life or I would be dead before the mail arrived. She was flippant and arrogant. My doctor wanted to use the equipment for a month to perform some tests. I am paying for this, not some insurance company. I am very disappointed in the attitude of the local staff. I will seek another company and I intend to talk to the regulatory agency(ies) in New Mexico about this attitude. Customer service was the last thing on this person's mind.

Horrible customer service told me it would be weeks to get approved and to get in for my CPAP called another company in town was able to get approved and seen in just days. Dont waste your time here!!

My momma passed away on November 8 due to medical malpractice at 56 Year old. this company refused to provide my mom with the equipment she needed to care for herself. Discriminated against her due to false assumptions. They were always late and caused her great stress and only serviced her oxygen machine once through out the dreadful 3yrs of service. Miguel Gomez has horrible customer service skills, he needs some serious etiquette and social training. I have since reported his disgusting display of customer service to the corporate iCare. So disgusted.
