I've been to kimo vista in person and called on the phone. You can't get good reviews if you are rude and lack customer service. It's all about attitude and response. If I call and inquire about items it's nice to get answers instead of saying well stop by if you want to know. Then going into the store and getting the same rude attitude. I've given this store several chances and they have failed 9 out of 10 times.

I don't get why people post bad reviews about this place. My first time purchasing a firearm here and they had what I was looking for. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Definitely a great place for all your firearm needs, will be going back.

I went in here looking to add a rifle to my safe.Instead I was met with short rude answers from the owner and the ol lady tending the register wouldn't stop giving me the stink eye.I was actually looking to spend some money on a precision rifle setup.The people that were in there weren't shopping at all, just handling boxes of available rounds and handing them back, handling rifles and pistols and handing them back, no one was really there to buy anything. The place qualifies to be on the show Hoarders.I am not coming back to this hole in the wall, I'm going down the road to spend my hard earned money where I am appreciated. Courtesy and respect matter to me.I do not recommend this shop at all.They didn't actually have what their website said they had in inventory, just clickbait tactic.

The worst customer service in town.They will try to make you feel stupid for asking questions, every employee had a terrible attitude. I am amazed this place exists. The competition in town have better prices, selection and friendly faces who enjoy helping people. THIS PLACE IS NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!

I really wanted to like this store. Every time I was met with politics or a rant. The gun store owner told me he didn’t care what I wanted and continued to lecture me about his personal options. Every experience was just bad. I’ll recommend to stay away from this shop.
