Closed with drive through blocked during opening hours. No telling when they’re open or when they’re not. From other reviews it looks like this is a consistent issue. Lots of fried chicken places in Farmington, we don’t need this KFC.

Don't come here.Time is 8:30 p.m. I wanted to get 16 piece for my family of 7.and Lobby doors r close. So went to drive thru and the male worker said they only have 8 pieces of chicken left...like what?!! I wouldn't waste my time here.

Not the best, they’re definitely struggling to keep up with service and quality of food. They got rid of a lot of their best selling things like their wings. Very small portions. Although it takes awhile to get your food it’s always hot. They don’t ever give napkins or silverware they forget sauces sometimes. Could use some better staff who know what they’re doing still disappointed they got rid of the Nashville hot tenders and the wings though :////

TERRIBLE AWFUL SERVICE. workers were incredibly rude after getting out order wrong TWICE. a man at the cashier and also a lady named michelle threw away the food they gave us on a messed up order and never apologized for the terrible service. This was seriously embarrassing I will not go back.

We ordered on the App. Drive Thru line was long & the Lobby was Closed. Then they forget our 8 tenders that was supposed to come with it. So we basically spent a whole hour at one KFC. They could have give us some cookies for the mistake they made. I wont be going back to that one again.

I waited for 15+ minutes to have my order taken this evening. Also spoken to rudely by a female order taker. And was told to “GO” by a young Native man named Trey while he pointed to Main Street when I asked who the manager was.Elderly Native American CustomerTerry S.

This KFC is worse than the last East main store. Tried a different location to see if they could get my order right and their management is worse! I hope they fire the management at both locations before they drive off all Thier customers.. Service is bad everywhere in fast food it seems, but they take the trophy ?

Visited 3/15/23 at 8:05pm.I ask to order an 8pc 'chicken only' which I saw listed in their menu on the website.A female first responded that it she didn't see it on the menu, upon which another female loudly and rudely jumped in and said "we don't sell that at this store!".I responded, "yes, you do, I can see it right here on your menu from your website."She promptly responded, "well, that's an online only item." (implying she knowingly lied the first time).I responded, "OK, well I have the site open right now, should I just put the order in here? It says you can have the order ready for pickup in 10 minutes."There was a pause, and then the rude female yelled out "You can try that if you want, but I can't guarantee we'll have any chicken when it comes your turn. We don't have a cook and we're just selling what we have left."At that point I realized there were numerous potential problems:a.) her attitudeb.) the distinct possibility of sabotaging my order since I challenged her, andc.) the questionable quality of the food that may have been sitting there who-knows-how-long since the last 'cook' left for the day.In a thought: AVOID AT ALL COSTS
