The Jiffy Lube on West Main St is outstanding. They are exceptionally friendly, informative and fast. I have never been disappointed when I bring my SUV here. Today, I had the oil changed, fluids topped off, tires rotated and windshield wipers changed and I still got out in an hour. I highly recommend.

Beware of the oil they put in your vehicles. Beware of their lack of accountability. Beware of their inability to give a refund, let alone a discount to make up for their mistakes.

The only vehicle in the bays was nice, greeting was pleasant, plus sales was good, waiting area was clean and pleasant, complimentary popcorn and beverage was welcomed, then the customer review and stars were lost.

Fast service, Friendly associates and clean waiting room. Free refreshments a plus. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They also redeemed my digital coupon which is a plus.

Bethany was amazing at helping us! She got us an oil change, coolant flush, and an alignment. She noticed a leak from the transmission. What a great job!

Went there for an oil change and tire rotation and other services, and worker hunter was very grateful and very helpful with explaining everything and what other services I need for my vehicle and he went above and beyond with getting my the prices for services he recommended which was a big help for me
