took a 7/8" succor rod coupling in to obtain a tap and die. Gave me a 1-1/8" tap, $115. Got home, checked the specs for the size of the tap and die, is 1-3/16" and on AMAZON for both tap and die is $55.00. Took the tap back into Ja-Lu unopened for a refund and was told no returns on cutting tools. I lost $115.00 because of their mistake. Avoid doing business with this store that is corrupt in my opinion.

I go to Jalu, when I need fastners. I always think the ppl who work there are all screwy since that's mostly what they deal with. Lol.. but seriously I go there for hard to find and specialize screws and bolts. They don't screw around!

I went there 3 times and they don't have the ware I needed. Maybe, it was the kid. For example, I went in there for agriculture plow flat bolts that hole the blades that dig into the ground. They didn't have it. Big R and Ace Hardware carried them.
