Beware when you try to rent from here. Unless you have a passport, military ID or tribal ID you can not rent from this place. The customer service is the worst. So very inconvenient and disappointed. 0/10 do not recomend

Zero stars would be generous. I Made reservation online. estimate cost was $400. They told me this car had an additional” per mile charge” and it would cost over $1200 for four days. He Said there was no other option and this was the last car available. I was told rental cars are like airline seats when it’s down to the last one they get really expensive. Obviously, I walked out without renting a car
It’s unbelievable that the Hertz rental car company lets this dealer operate like this. It’s an embarrassment to that company name.

They don't deserve any stars. The lady is rude, had reservations thru priceline and they would not honor the prices and wanted me to pay for extra insurance and was told that I can only travel 50 miles a day! When my reservations was for unlimited. The lady doesn't know how to to her job in customer service. Don't waste your time.

After enterprise didn't hold a reservation I ended up with a Nissan versa from Hertz for 6 weeks while my truck was in the shop. A few days later I end up with a service charge for $40. I called and disputed the claim and these are the pictures they sent saying it made them go out of their way to do. Since I didn't take pictures of my own I get to eat the $40, but if a company is that hard up for money they have to charge extra just to vacuum I guess they need it more than I do.

The lady with glasses is unprofessional and rude. We were the only ones in there at the time. And she had a snide comment about everything from the reservation to the insurance being "emailed" (because nowadays insurance can be accessed on smartphones). She claimed to be in the rental car business for 20+ years. In my opinion it's either time to retire, or learn to be a little more courteous to customers. Enterprise had us in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Hertz needs to look at this location!!!! People should go anywhere but here. Most unprofessional employees I have ever seen at a hertz location. They will belittle you and tell you it's your problem.

Wow be careful when you call these guys they're very unprofessional rude and upsetting they cussed me out and they hung up on me I can't believe I got service like that from them it's the 1st time I've ever been talked like that in my life this is the worst place in the world please do not go to this place I'm mourning you don't call or it's gonna ruin your day

Taking away my decent review. I rent cars 300 days out of the year due to travel and have NEVER ran into issues like this. Kept telling me my card was declined, a GE corporate card, so I had to have my finance lady talk him through how to authorize a card. They then told me I had to return my car, and wouldn't allow another rental to get to the airport. Filed a complaint with GE corporate, we don't spend millions on cars to be treated in this manner.

Don't bother. I read the reviews, tried calling just to confirm mileage fees and Cliff sounded annoyed and put out that I even bothered contacting them. "Oh you're using one of those website deals?" "Not reserving through us...." Basically used a tone for every question he answered.If you don't want people contacting you with questions on fees, include the information online! Why don't they? Because the policy is 25 miles a day free, over that it's $75 a day. So an additional $450 dollars for me that I would have learned about AFTER returning the vehicle. Sneaky and deceitful unless you ask just the right question
