Do not bother with HD and Lowes where employees turn there back on you and go in other direction if they think they are actually going to have to try and answer a question or be of any help.”

That being said though, I've purchased several things here (right angle die grinders, drill bit index, easy-outs, etc..), that surpassed my expectations and are still in use.
