They did a good job on the exterior but I was under the impression my detail would come with a seat cleaning and my seats were left nearly untouched not even wiped down for the cost I was hoping that would at least be done. I notified them and they apologized and gave me a free wash and leather condition for the mistake. When I got the rewash they yet again forgot to clean my seats and even wipe them down at least and never got the conditioning done they promised. I notified them again and just received no response.

Reflections comes to our home every other week to clean all 3 of our cars. they do excellent work and the cars are beautiful every time they are cleaned.

Amazing job! Fell in love with their work! Even though the guy who washed my car said he wasn't happy with the finished job because some dog hair didn't come out of the carpet, I WAS amazed at the work they did. I know it is hard, I have 2 huskies so you can only imagine! But I will definitely be contacting them again and referring them to everyone I know

Best detailing ever. First of all he was working in the scorching hot sun and did a FANTASTIC job at a super reasonable price. He was super thorough and friendly and helpful. He gave me some practical tips on how to save some money with replacing my air filters and was overall lovely to work with. With 2 dogs and a toddler my car was NASTY. Seriously embarrassing. Now it's like new! When my car ultimately goes to hell again in a few months I'll definitely call Darrell again. Darrell, you're the best!

Excellent service and communication.My 2011 Accord car has "never" been cleaned on the inside.Santiago showed up and made it look like new and still honored the price that was quoted. He was very diligent, thorough and efficientin his work.Awesome auto detailer - I will definitely call them again.

Darrel helped me find the right level of service for my car. Given that my car has some paint damage, and I am just trying to sell it he cut me a really fair deal. Great attention to detail, and professionalism. I felt bad when my hose would not work so he had to wash by hand rather than use the power washer. He did not even charge me more.Super honest guy, and great at what he does.

I hired Darrel and Reflections to get one of my company vehicles ready for sale. He quoted me a price range over the phone and came out quickly to get the job done for me. He was easy to work with, honest and does high quality work. He not only honored his price over the phone but was on the lower end of the range he quoted. A month or so later I asked him a question about a different car I own, he came by took a look and gave me his honest opinion . This company goes above and beyond for their clients. I wouldn't hesitant referring them to all of my friends/family/neighbors and business associates.

Darrel is awesome! He managed to squeeze me in last minute and graciously agreed to clean my little FIAT at the end of a long work day. He's great at communicating and makes sure you're satisfied with the end result. He even said he'd help touch up some of my car's scratches once I got the paint! This is my 3rd time utilizing his services and I don't plan on stopping.
