I had researched diamonds online, and came to the conclusion that I had to see them in person. But what does that really mean to a ‘blind’ man in this realm? So local reputation, having listened to their (often cute and amusing ) radio adverts over the years, plus a desire to buy local all played a role. It also helped that they had what I ( my wife told me more or less) wanted and the vibe on entering the establishment was right.
