While passing through this town My F350 power stroke needed a fuel line clip replaced. It is a simple fix but Ford Motor Company purposely made the replacement part to be a nightmare. So when Ziems Ford told me it would be a 1 1/2 to 2 hour job, that's what I expected. So now we're at 6 hours and I'm guessing it's not close to being done. Very disappointing. Was spoke to once about 4 hours ago. They said it would be almost done. Still waiting.

Review for the quick lube.The lube service is available til midnight during the weekdays and gives a 10% discount after 6pm. Both are major pluses in my book.They also service all types of vehicles. I have a Volkswagen, which there is no dealership in town, so I come here. They don't carry my oil filter . But do recommend to stop at the store and bring 1 with the vehicle. I use to love when you could stay in the vehicle during the oil change. But that's in the past. I dropped off my car, went to a game at the high school, then came back and picked the vehicle back up.

Adam Pace in the Mobile Auto Repair department is absolutely wonderful and so incredibly kind! He has rescued us more than once over the last couple of years and is always so helpful and understanding. He has stopped what he was doing or rearranged things to get us taken care of as soon as possible. I highly recommend both him and the Mobile department!

I bought many vehicles from Ziems over the years and I always get the best customer service. Sale’s team is amazing and very knowledgeable on their Products. Management is top notch, & 5 stars. They will get you the best deal, leaving you confident with your purchase. Iv never seen a dealership bend over backwards for customer service but Ziems will. Special thanks to Tiffanie & Carlos they’re the best.

Chad Hager, worse sales person. Very rude and unprofessional. He requested information of me and my mother as a co-signer and comes back and says we didn't run your credit because you owe to much on the trade and the Banks aren't going to finance you. My reply was you ram the credit for banks or not? He says yes we did. When I told him you just said you didn't he said well we did the banks said no. I told him again you just said you didn't run the credit application through the banks. prior to all this his excuse for poor service was I have a dinner meeting with my boss. More like a cock fight to me. worse place and worse sales person ever. Don't ask for Chad Gayer

I’ve been up and down with this place for 3 whole months on getting my Lincoln Navigator fixed it was very frustrating when they played with my emotions oh I was furious but In the end they Guaranteed that they will have my vehicle up and running again they are great people and I am pleased with their services through these past 3 months they called me every Tuesday and Thursday and kept me updated on everything and yes I will go back if I ever need anything done again. Oh and they gave me a loaner and I was also grateful for that as well In my time of need! I’m thankful for you guys for helping me get my Lincoln back on the road!

I was told that my tire would be looked at while I was getting my oil changed by the tire guy. After I got my car they said they looked at my tire nothing was wrong but I had specifically expressed my tire kept running out of air. Nothing they found nothing. I then took it over to tread works where it took them less than an hour to remove a nail and path the whole in my tire. I was very disappointed that when I spend a lot of money on my car from this dealer ship they can't even find the problem and them just skim over it. The service could have been a lot more attentive

Was traveling through this area. Was having trouble with my truck. It was a Monday. I am from out of town. They wouldn't help me. Said the next appt they had was Friday. Holy cow. Asshats!!!!

I highly recommend Mariah at Ziems Ford in Farmington, NM. My husband and I purchased a vehicle recently there. Mariah was our sales representative! Hands down the best! She was very helpful! Very knowledgeable! Professional! Very sweet! Her customer service is very excellent! She took good care of us through the entire process!
