So my card was having some difficulty with the pin. I went in got it changed, shopped around and got what I needed. Came to check out and my new pin still wasn't working. So I ran to the bank to ask if their was a number I can call to change the pin because they just closed. Gina the manager had took me in and helped me change the pin again and she even went with me to see if it works properly. Awesome lady for helping me after hours! Thank you so much because I've had a problem with it all week long!!

I went to deposit $32 and the teller pocketed $10. My son couldn’t get his game snd a week later, NO MANAGER has contacted me. I’ve always used East Main and have NEVER had any problem. However the ONE time I use west Main, I get stolen from , went back in three times and have been ignored. This is outrageous behavior from a professional company that is supposed to help you… To steal from someone with less that $40 in their account is LOW. I still have not heard about the supposed investigation and nobody has called me to resolve this. So very unprofessional…

I have always had wonderful customer service here. The only things that would make it more convenient, would be them opening at 9 instead of 10, or allowing deposits through their ATM, as it is hard to get to the bank with my current work schedule.

I would leave a zero star review if I could. The current employees are incredibly rude and customer service has gone way down hill since I started banking here several years ago. Staff turnover has been very high lately and none of the new employees seem to know what they're doing. They used to go out of the way to help their customers out, now I can't even deposit a check because it was written in purple ink (even though their scanning software was able to read it...this is somehow "bank policy" now?) This is the exact opposite of "Convenience". I will be closing my account and exclusively banking elsewhere.

Very nice worker..
