daughter in to have her transmission fluid level checked (sealed unit, either has to go up, or get at it from a trench. Had a long wait as they were very busy. ........BUT........ I won't say what they charged her, but it was less than a Big Mac, and that included the fluid to top off. Daughter said that it was a very good experience for her (newish driver). WHO DOES THAT? WHERE CAN YOU FIND GOOD, HONEST, HELPFUL SERVICE WITHOUT SPENDING AN ARM AND A LEG ANYMORE?????

Service was awesome!!.
One year later, service is very slow, when checked in, the person told me half hour. It's now an hour. I inquired about it and was told, "Oh we haven't had an half hour since we opened". It seems that anyone at the place can check people in and say what they want about (how long) waiting for an oil change.
Not consisted.
One year ago the service was awesome. Don't know what happen.

I’m extremely disappointed they wouldn’t even help me patch up two holes in my windshield and when I told the lady I only needed two fixed she went back to the back and told the guys I needed the whole windshield repaired when I was getting ready to trade in my vehicle and didn’t want it to split so I had to call someone else to do the job. Extremely frustrating.
