Very rude customer service the staff here sucks the do not greet you, they do not ask if you found everything ok, store always dirty unorganized. Totes always everywhere , staff is hard to find when needed, there all too busy talking instead of working this place needs a whole new team and better management.

Never fails to get ripped off at some point from this establishment. Watch your purchases and how much they charge. Their prices are wrong.

Went shopping for toys and then I got YELLED AT by an associate because I LOOKED at the warehouse? And was threatened to be banned? Their customer service is terrible, didn’t get greeted but yet they’re okay with yelling at me to not go in the warehouse when I didn’t even go inside? The whole time I was here I was LOOKING FOR AN ASSOCIATE! Very stuck up and definitely need be to checked by upper management because they are RUDE!

So they close at 9:30 the older lady with red hair. Very angry aggressive one at that would not allow me in at 9:30 because they closed so I went to the one on 20th by subway very nice ladys and great service there, this store was a mess stuff every where rude employees it’s always like that not just once but the kicking me out at 9:30 is not okay will be contact corp. the lady was Beyond rude. I can’t explain the mannerism she had!!!

Staff and shopping is good. But the overall customer service sucks. I will not shop with them anymore bc I had to return a couple things that were too small for my son. I was told they could no give me store credit or cash back bc I used my cash app card( which is a prepaid debit card). It's been 3 days and still no money has been refunded. When you are a single parent on a fixed income, you kinda need that money. I was told to contact DG. Only way is calling or email. Was on hold for over an hour and then got hung up on. So I emailed, no response and that was almost 24 hours ago.
