Do your shopping elsewhere! The worst experience ever! Online shopping or JCPENNEY would be better! Customer service is horrible and what is with makeup counter? Is that guy or girl nasty handling products! Buy at Ulta better hygiene looking women or guys working there! I predict DILLLARDS is soon go out of business!

This place isn’t good place to shop bad experience! Employees walking around no smiles or not helpful! Security guard looks unprofessional. And it’s not even busy!Mainly concentrating on shoplifters!You would think place be busy for holidays! Oh look to me there profiling people on who has money to shop, and that’s the employees!Crazy experience being there today!Not going back there!Maybe a manager will see this and acknowledge there EMPLOYEES!!

Zero stars! The employee was implying she thought we were stealing and watched us non stop and had 3 secret shoppers stand belligerently staring at us and kept asking if we were ready to pay for our items! As if we were not planning on doing so! My girlfriend was wearing a small sun dress and was very obvious she was not and and could not steal and was only holding my 2 items and her purse. I expressed myself to the lady and one secret shopper back in a rude manner to tell her my mind but remained as humble as possible. I wanted to prove to her that I could afford anything we wanted in the store at that very moment but i decided that I do not need to prove anything to a woman working customer service in the mall at 65 and I just paid for my items and left… also the quality has gone down l, I had to put back a shirt at the register because I noted sever faded spots. Numerous items throughout had flaws as if they were seconds from the manufacturer. Will not be returning and i usually spend 2-3k a year in close there for me and my family… I’ll order online and not be harassed while spending my hard earned money!

Took a while to get waited on as the workers were talking amongst them selves but were very friendly once I got their attention.

Since I have visited this store the last 2 times today being the most recent it has been absolutely horrible experience both in the men's department. I have been in there and have profiled by hearing a worker tell another worker to watch me and my children while we were shopping for clothes for a funeral. Then today I was in there with my children looking for my son a black button up for his band concert and compilation. There were at least 2 lady's standing there talking and neither offered help or even said hi or anything. I was searching for awhile before I found the size I was looking for. I feel like this is completely unacceptable and I have been offered better customer service at Walmart. I hope you do better Dillard's.

Arsenio R. in men's clothing dept. has exceptional customer service! He offered a wheelchair and wheeled one up to us for a family member. WoW!

I went to Dillard's to find a pair of shoes for my mother who has dementia and is homebound. The ladies in the shoe dept were very helpful and I got the perfect pair of shoes. Excellent service!

They were okay. The staff is really clicky for some weird reason. There's absolutely no reason for it. They Need to be welcoming and accommodating.
