I'm a former customer of Cricket and even during my time as their customer, I've never been treated as badly as I was today. I went with some family members and we were all treated badly. It led us to leave. I'd like to make a complaint about the rude salespeople we've encountered the last couple of days. If there are sour grapes over competition with Metro, then it is ENTIRELY NOT OUR FAULT.
The salespeople definitely behave as if they aren't people persons and I recommend they find another line of work that doesn't depend on commission only. Maybe that'll solve their attitude issues towards the public. It is a definite loss of business on Cricket's end with only their sales people to blame.
Cricket is a lovely company that offers a spectacular service. What isn't spectacular is the salespeople who choose to treat happy customers with atrocious sewer- like attitudes and behaviors. We went to two different locations the past couple of days and only ONE salesperson was friendly and explained things in a thorough and understandable manner (whose name I'll include in this review if I ever find out).
I hope this isn't a theme for the locations near here. Because I'd hate to take my business three hours away in Albuquerque.
Thank you Cricket for the service you provide and no thanks to the salespeople who need an attitude adjustment along with thorough, in-depth mental health counseling.

Thank you Garrett! He took the time to patiently help me out with my phone and was very helpful. Great guy, ask for Garrett if you need anything with switching over carriers or phone services questions.

The cricket inside of the Farmington mall was a terrible experience the lady told my husband to wait here and she would help him after the customer then she came back came back and told him she could not help him she was closing the store her kids came 1st no matter what very rude and terrible experience!

AWFUL service. They do not answer their phone, and the phone is confusing. Would have gone elsewhere if I had know this.

Customer service over the phone was confusing so I decided to go in the retailers which is over 30 min drive to go back to square one. Getting a phone hooked up shouldn't have to be a hassle.
