My daughter and I went to the mall to upgrade her phone and while browsing them this winder young lady came to help. I believe her name was Jessica. She answered the couple questions I had. As we were looking around I noticed an older native gentleman helping a customer and was rather bigger by what I overheard. As they were talking about he not involved with younger girls and such. And that time I was very concerned about two older guys talking about young women ?. So I decretly left and went to another cricket. Hope this isn't a normal thing for employees of this place.

Had problems with slow internet. Staff, Kryteria help me at the store. She was great at explaining what she did, and took time with me. Thank you !! Phone working great now. !

Was told by Cricket live representative to go into the store to get help with the ACP and unlocking my device. The person working was no help at all, said she was not able to help me. Waste of time and gas, and now I'm stuck with a Cricket locked device that I can not use.

Yesterday evening i was in your store porting over another number adding a line and the woman working who helped me. Around 5pm charged me 65 dollars to port over my number with a free phone. I didn't receive a receipt and didnt think much of it at the time. There was not one in the bag with the phone box.Paid the bill for another 70. But it seems to only be the 70 dollar charge and a 35 dollar charge on my account so it seems like she kept some of my money. It really seems shady like she was stealing.
