Was told by Cricket live representative to go into the store to get help with the ACP and unlocking my device. The person working was no help at all, said she was not able to help me. Waste of time and gas, and now I'm stuck with a Cricket locked device that I can not use.

Good phone services, cost less than most others and AT&T is parent company. As good as other carriers, same wide coverage areas as the others
