The lady taking our order and running the window was obviously not enjoying her job. She was rude from the start. We waited 20 minutes at the window for our food and then we didn't even get our sides. A box of chicken, nothing else. Worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. I will never go back.

Took half an hour to get my food there are only two cars in front of me. Then forgot my drink and have the audacity to not have lids stocked. This place seems like it's run by homeless people

My daughter brought a tenders dinner home. While we enjoyed our meal, my younger son noticed something hard in his biscuit. Upon spitting it out, there was a finger nail in it!! ?? We were so discussed! I dont think we will be going here anymore.

Required to pay extra for white meat. Ordered 16 piece meal. Received only 2 breasts. The others substituted for legs. Wasn't given the option to wait for white meat that I paid extra for. Did not tell me they were substituting. I will NOT be back.

Good chicken. I like it more the popeyes but not as much as KFC. Went trhough drive thru. Food was hot. Got regular jalapeno bombers, although very delicious we only got 4 pieces. Don't know if thats right or not. Fries okras were good too.
