There's a reason why we are repeat customers! They took beautiful care of us fourteen years ago in helping us to select and install luxury vinyl and carpet for our main floor living area. It was time to freshen up this space again, and Jyn was exceedingly helpful in listening to our ideas, helping us to select a more modern "look", and handled the ordering and scheduling the install.Davin, Nestor, and Trent showed up at the appointed time and "hit the ground running." Those guys are dynamos!They emptied three rooms of furniture, removed the old carpet and padding, installed new padding and carpet (including an odd transition on the stairs and a tricky clothes closet with an unusual space created by those stair), cleaned up and reinstalled the furniture and one door... seven hours start to finish!I see another project to replace the upstairs hard-flooring in their future. ?

The 5 stars are mainly for the Technicians that showed up at our house and the Store Manager. They made all the errors clear up and did a really good job on our carpet install and removal. We will go back for more of their business. Thank you to the technicians/installers Trent and Kymin. Thank you to Joel, who took the time to see us and address our concerns.

Great store. Great staff. Rhiannon is responsive and incredibly helpful, both over the phone and in person. Cade is a very detailed and skilled installer. He is respectful and hardworking. Highly recommend working with both of them. Great work guys!

From the start to finish everyone extremely helpful and professional!! I was called and updated every step of the way!I am totally pleased with my new carpeting and tile! The installers were great! Big thanks to carpet one and the team. 1500 Sq Ft. of new carpet!! Joel, Rhiannon, and Dan did a fantastic job. Carpet was in stock and they installed around my schedule. 1 week out on installation!! Dan and his crew are amazing, they even stayed late making sure the installation was done and done properly. I highly recommend Carpet One for all your flooring needs!!

I had a very good experience with Carpet one. I had wood flooring installed throughout my house. The installers done a professional job, and answered all my questions and took care of any concerns I had. Rhiannon showed me all the available flooring they had and was very helpful with any questions.

I had a great experience at Carpet One. I am a teacher, and I picked out flooring during the summer. They made sure to get it installed before I went back to work. The installation crew did a great job and were very professional. Overall a great place for all of your flooring needs!!!!
