Most people nice here. They always ask if you need help. But please this place seriously needs an air conditioner. It’s ridiculous to shop in 80 degree store. Its been like this for years. Pretty sad.

Well, for starters, we were greeted with a sideways over the shoulder greeting, which is okay. Who really cares about being greeted as they walk in, I sure don't. What was a huge disappointment was the lack of service. I noticed several employees but not one of them asked if they could help me find something. I walked around and around trying to find what I was looking for. Then it became a game as I obviously showed I need ed, help, but not one employee showed any interest in helping.So I walked out and I will not return to the Farmington location.For those that do not need assistance, I will say, the store seemed well stocked.As for the Durango location,I, however, experienced the polar opposite. Customer service was top notch, items were very well organized and easy to find.
