Went into the store with a new phone that I had purchased on-line from Boost but I had trouble activating it. Iree, the employee that helped me was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. Keep up the good work, Iree!

The help was more than patient. Still trying to figure out the new phone. Not sure I like it. The computers for ringing up sale and activating phone were horrible! Ireland was super.

Takes too long to pay my bill in the store. When I asked a question about the tempered glass I was offered a replacement for $15 I declined and then suddenly Bam! They may have some $10 ones. I already know they only cost $10 everywhere else so I declined and decided I'll just buy Boost cards at the store so I can just avoid this particular Boost store.
