This company has good service for the most part, however before they "temporarily closed" I went in and had gotten myself added to my fiance's plan. The woman working was very unprofessional and made very inappropriate remarks in front of my children, she sold me a phone telling me how it was an amazing phone and a screen protector saying it was on a lifetime warranty. The phone drops calls for no reason, disconnects at weird times, has terrible audio and camera quality, etc. And the screen protector has a limited warranty that doesn't cover anything but manufacturer defects. False advertising and unprofessional conduct. I hope this gets resolved before being reopened.

Went into the store with a new phone that I had purchased on-line from Boost but I had trouble activating it. Iree, the employee that helped me was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful. Keep up the good work, Iree!
