I made a purchase online for a watch band for some Navajo watch tips I had and I was contacted because they were unsure if their bands would fit appropriately with the tips I had. They wanted me to be happy with their product so he asked if I wanted to send my items in and they would see if they would work. I sent them in and they ended up making 2 different custom bands for me. They turned out fantastic. I am super pleased.
